Is SilverCare an app or a website?

SilverCare is a web app. Staff can sign in through a browser, and user accounts can be created together with the elderly profile setup.

Can older adults do AI exercise intervention at home with a smartphone?

Yes. Older adults can use a standard smartphone for home training, reminders, records and content. If AI Workout is enabled, SilverCare can also support motion analysis, completion and training performance tracking.

Is SilverCare Fall Risk Screening a medical diagnosis?

No. SilverCare provides AI-assisted preliminary fall risk screening and service triage reference. The screening direction is aligned with common mobility indicators such as TUG, while clinical or care decisions remain with the organisation and relevant professionals.

Do you have physiotherapy, occupational therapy or medical advisory support?

Yes. SilverCare product and service design is supported by an advisory team covering family medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and elderly service perspectives. The platform remains a technology and service management tool.

Does SilverCare / GOFA have patented technology?

Yes. GOFA has two granted Hong Kong short-term patents covering motion detection, posture analysis, real-time feedback and interactive training technologies.

How long does implementation take?

SilverCare can start immediately once the organisation account is opened. Teams can set service units, staff permissions and elderly profiles, then start from screening, classes, health days or home follow-up workflows.

Does it support multi-centre and multi-service management?

Yes. One platform can manage multiple centres, service units and team permissions. Management can view overall service data while frontline teams only see relevant cases and tasks.

How is data security handled?

SilverCare is supported by Google Cloud infrastructure and uses account permissions, role-based access and data controls that can be discussed with each partner.

Can reports and dashboards be customised?

Yes. SilverCare can organise participation, completion, risk tiering, follow-up status and export data, and can discuss customised dashboards for partner reporting needs.

Which service units is it suitable for?

SilverCare is suitable for senior centres, day care, home care, rehabilitation training, health days and community activities. Organisations can start from one workflow and expand over time.

Can SilverCare fit our existing workflow?

Yes. SilverCare is designed to support existing screening, triage, class, attendance, home follow-up and reporting workflows rather than forcing a full process rebuild.
