GOFA provides hosting, configuration, maintenance, support, security controls and agreed processing functions.
Screening, AI, image, training or care records are processed where the relevant modules are enabled.
Unless separately agreed, GOFA does not sell service-user personal data or use it for advertising profiling.
This page explains how GOFA handles data in connection with the SilverCare platform and configured modules. It should be read with the applicable service agreement, customer policies, product settings, terms, disclaimer and consent notices.
Depending on configuration, SilverCare may process service-user profiles, centre or group records, health and wellness records, fall-risk, MSK, cognitive, nutrition, training, care and follow-up records, staff or caregiver accounts, images, camera inputs, AI outputs, reports, notes, reminders, activity logs, exports, device data, IP address, audit logs and system events.
Data may be processed to operate and secure the platform, manage accounts and permissions, support screening and care workflows, generate reports, provide support, detect misuse or security incidents, and meet contractual, legal, audit or compliance obligations.
Unless separately agreed in writing, GOFA does not use customer organisation data, service-user personal data, health records, assessment records, images, photos, training records or care records to train third-party foundation AI models.
The customer organisation is responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining required consent. Access, retention, export and deletion arrangements depend on the service agreement, customer requirements, legal obligations, backup cycles and module configuration.
GOFA applies reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transmission, authentication, role-based permissions, tenant separation, logging, monitoring, backups and incident handling. The platform may use trusted cloud, AI, communication, analytics, monitoring or infrastructure providers.
