SilverCare is a wellness engagement, screening, training, care coordination, records and reporting support tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency response system.
Platform outputs do not replace doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers or other professionals. Care, treatment, referral and emergency actions remain subject to qualified personnel and customer organisation workflows.
AI, camera, image, movement, food, vital-sign or cognitive-related outputs may be affected by environment, posture, device, lighting, input quality, personal condition and model-estimation limits. They may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Fall-risk, mobility, MSK, cognitive, nutrition or other screening outputs are for service triage, follow-up and management reference only. They should not be used alone for diagnosis, treatment, insurance underwriting, emergency or high-risk decisions.
If a user feels unwell, pain, dizziness, unsafe or uncertain, they should stop the activity and seek help from staff, caregivers, healthcare professionals or emergency services. Organisations should use SilverCare within their own safety and incident procedures.
Enabled modules, scores, alerts, reports, content, training and follow-up workflows may differ between organisations. Customer organisations are responsible for configuration review, staff training, professional review and service procedures.
